Paper Review
Pick a paper that is considered important in your area of research. It has to be a research paper, not a survey or other types of paper. It has to be a peer-reviewed and published work.
Write a paper review. It should contain these parts:
Summary. One paragraph is sufficient.
Strengths. 2-4 bullet points focusing on the important strengths.
Weaknesses. 2-4 bullet points focusing on the important weaknesses.
Details. A few paragraphs providing detailed comments, positive and negative, focusing both on the technical work and the presentation.
Overall recommendation. Pick one of: ACCEPT, WEAK ACCEPT, WEAK REJECT, REJECT. Although the work you selected is already published, you should try your best to arrive at an independent conclusion of your own.
Your review must have all the above sections clearly identified.

Please submit your homework on Moodle as a pdf 1-2 pages in length.
