Graph critique

In this assignment, we take a critical look at graphs and illustrations in published work. You can use the ten papers you selected in the beginning of the semester or some other papers for this case study. The only requirement is the papers must be published in respectable peer-reviewed conference or journal.

Identify five graphs in published papers that could be significantly improved. Suggest specific ways in which those graphs can be improved. You must provide full citation for each graph.

Identify five graphs in published papers that do an excellent job of conveying the intended information. Explain why those graphs work well.

Your submission should be a single pdf with graphs/illustrations copied from the papers, the citations, and your commentary on those graphs.
