SEC \ Travel Information

The Software Engineering Conference will take place in the Conrad Ballroom #202B in the Hilton Hotel located at the University of Houston Main Campus.

Parking Information

Parking for the conference is available in the underground parking garage at the Hilton or across the street in the University of Houston Welcome Center parking garage both for an hourly rate and a day rate.

A parking pass is also available at the vistors booth on University Dr. for a day rate only. The vistors pass will allow you to park in the student lots, but they are farther from the Hilton.

Travel by Air

Directions for visitors arriving to Houston via Geroge Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or Hobby Airport (HOU):

• Directions from George Bush Intercontinenatl Airport (IAH):
  • Follow the exit signs to I-45 South.
  • Stay on I-45 South toward Downtown.
  • Exit Spur 5 exit #44B.
  • Turn right on University Dr.
  • Pass Calhoun Rd.
  • Turn left after the visitors booth.
  
  
• Directions from Hobby Airport (HOU):
  • Follow the exit signs to I-45 North.
  • Exit Elgin/Lockwood/Cullen exit #44A.
  • Turn left on Ernestine St.
  • Continue on Elgin St.
  • Turn left on TX-5-Spur.
  • Turn right on University Dr.
  • Pass Calhoun Rd.
  • Turn left after the visitors booth.

• Visitors can arrive to Houston-Downtown via US-59, I-10, or I-45.
• Once arrived at Downtown, follow the signs for I-45 South.
