Design Entry using Schematics - Compiling
Save the file
Open the Compiler (MAX+plusII -> Compiler)
Select Processing -> Functional SNF Extractor. Click Start. Click OK. If there were no errors, the compilation was done successfully.
A possible error may be that there are extranneaous wires (which can be fixed by removing the dangling wires) and gates with either an input or output missing, in which case you will have to specify one (probably by connecting it to the specified device with wires)
