Before the conference
Preliminary online session
Following a successful experiment in the previous edition, we hold a preliminary online session about two weeks before the conference, open to all coauthors and advisors. Last time it drew more attendees than the on-site session, so it is a good chance to rehearse and gather early feedback.
On the day
Program structure
- Duration — a half-day for 6–10 papers or a full day for 12–15 papers, combining full and short papers.
- Per paper — a short live presentation with at least 4 minutes of Q&A to foster discussion.
- Open-floor discussion — a moderated discussion plus a survey form to select papers for the journal invitation, so authors stay engaged throughout.
- Invited keynote — speaker to be announced.
