We welcome both short and full papers. We will also consider rejected papers forwarded from the main conference, which receive two additional reviews and authors may also submit their rejected papers directly, with or without revision. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Big Data 2026 Conference Proceedings.

Papers use the IEEE two-column format.
- Short papers — 3-6 pages
- Full papers — 7-10 pages

Special issue in a journal

Selected papers will be invited to a special issue of the Distributed and Parallel Databases (DAPD) journal.

Papers are submitted through the wi-lab review system. On the submission site, choose Paper Submission under the Workshops section, then find and select Optimizing Neural Networks (OPTINET) from the list of workshops.
