Hope all are enjoying the summer! Anyone  wanting to see their final  can come by Wednesday, May 17, between 2-4 pm, by appointment, or anytime you can find me this week.  Feel free to stop by if you have comments about the course or just want to say hello. I (J S) am mostly around this summer except for a couple weeks here and there. Mark is currently in Taiwan recuperating from teaching 4377.

• 05-04-2001:

We had finished grading final exam. You can see your grade here. Mark will be in Monday (May 7) afternoon 2 - 3:30 PM. If you want to look at your final exam, you can come by 591 PGH. Or find Dr. Subhlok on Wednesday (May 16) or after.
Also, Mark will be away till May 29. Please find Dr. Subhlok if you have questions regarding this course.
There were some mistakes in solution for practice problems for ch4, 4 and ch5, 4. The correct solutions have been posted.

• Midterm - March 5, 2001, 2:30 PM: 60 min. exam, closed book/notes, basically cover chapter 1 ~ 3 (excpet 1.9 and 2.6 ~ 2.8) and socket programming.

• Practice problems:
• Chapter 1: Review Questions; Problems 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7;
