Last Run for DST7 in almost perfect conditions but quite windy. Always fell behind the pace at
1.5M but finished strong (6:26 and 6:30 respectively) with tail wind. Probably should have tried
to run 6:35-pace considering the favorable conditions! |

School was locked and speed work was cancelled; went
to Memorial Park and tried to run marathon pace for 6M in wet conditions; after
running 2M at 7:25, I decided to quit the workout, because I still felt beaten up from
SA's run! Ran the highest mileage in single month --- 21 miles more than in Jan. 2002. |
