Computer Science 3410 - Lab Information
The software being used for this lab is the MAX+pluII software. It comes with your
textbook Fundamentals of Digital Logic with VHDL Design, by Stephen Brown and Zvonko Vranesic (McGraw-Hill), and will also be available in the lab. You can download the student version online as well. It is strongly suggested that you familiarize yourself with the software and keep a copy on your own pc. There are many online simulators and freeware on the net that you can download and use for excercise.
Note: If you are still having trouble saving to your floppy drive directly from the software, save the files on your desktop
or elsewhere and then transfer the folders/files (e.g. by using explorer).
