Beltway 8 on foot (via Memorial). Intentionally ran that one somewhat slow, "saving myself" for
next week's speed workouts. T=60-69! --- got quite warm during the
last two hours;
right ankle hurt the
last 7 miles, but did not get any worse; otherwise, possibly due to the
quite slow pace, I felt not tired and quite strong. |
