Piriformis was okay again, after a lot of stretching, but, my legs felt somewhat tired, but I made it through the workout okay. Due to the problems on Saturday, I shortened the workout from 11M to 7M. 168.5p!
3/15 7.7M 3x(1M@5K+10 RE1: 400@1M+2 RE4:) 6:22-83; 6:15-81; 6:20-84. RiceTr AlC(2.7) MAV (5) 6/3 T=53 H=68%; ran okay after stuggling on the first mile, although I was also getting tired near the end of the workout.

TangArb:= From Memorial Park Tennis Center following Memorial going south on Chimney Rock and then Tanglewood, returning via PostOak, doing 4 additional miles on the 2.2M outer Arboretum trail and coming back "long" to start. (14.15M)
Blalock:= From Memorial Park Tennis Center going out short following Memorial, turning right when it hits San Felipe, continuing on Memorial; if you turn around at Blalock, coming back on the same route (14M); if you go further to Gessner (18M) or to Beltway 8 (20.9M).
WhOk := along White Oak Bayou and White Oak Street also covering miles 3 and 4 of the Houston Marathon course.

HCMT := HoChiMinh trail (mildly rolling)
