Day Distance WO Time Place Shoe Comment
8/29, 6:05p 6.0M (walked 0.5M) easy 1:07:21 Allen DST20 T=80, H=87% and partly cloudy; ran pretty well about 10:35-pace on miles 3 and 4, but then after eating a gu, I got some stomach cramps and had to walk for half a mile, but ran mile 6 in 10:35-pace again. Only the second evening run in July&August, due to the hot, no rain weather we had in July and the first half of August.
8/31, 6:50a 11.0M (walked miles 7, 9 and 11) easy 2:20:40 (10:53(Mile8)...10:53(Mile10)) H-Mem(1.6)-H SNG8 T=79-83, H=89-85%, partly cloudy; decent run, inspite of the 3 miles of walking, as I ran miles 8 and 10 at a reasonable pace!
9/2, 6:50a 5.0M easy 54:05 AllenR DST20 T=80, H=86% and sunny. Decent run!
9/2, 6:00p Swimming 38 minutes Another double workout, as I did not feel like swimming Thursday evening, again.
9/3, 7:10a 7.0M steady 1:15:45 UH_DT3 R8 T=77-79, H=84-80% and partly cloudy with NE wind. First run in slightly faster pace this summer: running 10:30-10:50 pace miles 2-7. In general, ran well in favorable weather conditions, but felt quite exhausted, and was breathing hard for a few minutes after the run. Had to stop about 10 times to get the sweat out of my eyes! Ran 29 miles this week, and a 9-mile hike is still awaiting tomorrow.
9/4, 8:30a 150 minutes at 3.1M/h Major Hiking 7.7M Mostly hiking the trails south of Memorial Park. HB T=80-87, H=86-76% and partly cloudy; with Houston Trails & More Meetup Group. This concludes a quite streneous excercising week: 29 miles of running, 40 minutes of swimming and 8 miles of hiking!
9/5, 6:55a 5.3M very easy 1:06:56 (walked 2000 meters) AllenR SNG8 T=79-82, H=94-91% and sunny. Too beaten up from the activities in the last week, running very slowly! 183.8p---time to lose some weight with the goal that my weight is 177p on October 16, 2016!!
9/7, 6:40p 5.4M easy 56:49 AllenR R8 T=88-86, H=70-73% and partly cloudy. Tough run in extremely warm conditions, after I did not feel like running in the morning. The temparture at 6:10p was still 89, and I delayed the run by 30 minutes, but the temperature was only 1 degree lower. Ran okay, considering the conditions!
9/8, 6:35p Swimming 41 minutes Finally, I did the swimm the day it was scheduled for and not one day later!
9/9, 6:50a 5.2M (walked 0.4M) easy 1:00:11 Allen DST20 T=80-81, H=90% and partly cloudy. Totally, messed run in which I felt exhausted although running quite slowly; maybe last night's swimm put my body into a strage state. Last run for DST20, a shoe I never liked a lot, that was retired prematurely today with just 400 miles!
9/11, 6:30a 13.0M (walked miles 10 and 12) easy 2:27:54 RivOk(1.67) R8 T=74-77, H=94-87% and sunny with NW wind; decent run, considering my current level of fitness---the slightly lower temperatures combined with NW-wind also helped! First BCRR sunday run since a long time, although I ran mostly by myself today. 182.8p.
9/12, 6:40a 5.3M easy 56:33 AllenR SNG8 T=77, H=90% and partly cloudy. Run okay, considering that I did 13 miles yesterday.
9/14, 6:15p 6.7M m: 1M-W0.25-J0.75-1M 1:13:37 (mile4: 9:33; mile6: 10:01 (slowed down by darkness!)) RiceBraes BoBoo5 T=88-87, H=67-71% and partly cloudy. First BCRR Wednesday run and with BoBoo5 since March 2016. Did not show much speed, but the conditions were really challenging; in general, I did okay! Felt quite tired the next 36 hours: I guess the workout was tough.
9/16, 6:45a 5.4M very easy 1:01:51 AllenR R8 T=79, H=93% and mostly cloudy. Still felt quite beaten up, after the tough run Wednesday evening, and ran very slowly.
9/16, 5:10p Swimming 44 minutes Another Double Workout! Had to swimm earlier due to wanting to see a somewhat bizarre art-music movie with a lot of Norman Mailer "coming back" after death, and incarnation and rivers of feces that are part of the incarnation process titled River of Fundament: the choral, sometimes kind of minimal music in the movie was very good. 181.6p
9/18, 7:30a 7.7M Toughest 10K 1:04:47 (9:26 10:04 9:58 11:38 (walked 0.26M) 11:42 (walked 0.24M) 8:53 (0.21M)) Kemah, Texas BoBoo5 T=78-81, H=99% and sunny; temperatures are misleading as 90% of the race was run in sunshine and the concrete of the Kemah-Seabrook Bridge which had to be crossed 4 times added to the temperature. Felt quite bad at the end of 3rd mile, and decided---probably, I should not have---to walk 75% of the 0.3M uphill sections of the third and fourth Bridge crossings. Overall, a bad race in which I lacked mental toughness, but conditions were quite bad; placed in the first third of my age group: 12/45a! Need to do more running at faster pace, as soon as its gets a little colder: today's race with like running in July! This was my 234th race lifetime!
Went to T-Bone Tom's a Barbeque and Steak Restaurant in Kemah and a Music Venue with bands playing six days a week, and saw Crossroads Saturday and the Sheila Marshall Band from Houston on Sunday; the latter group was quite good and played blues, country and a little rock and the band leader is a very good singer.
9/20, 6:45a 5.4M easy 58:38 AllenR R8 T=79-81, H=93% and mostly cloudy.
9/21, 6:40a 15.0M (walked second half of mile 11, mile 13, first half of mile 15) easy 2:55:36 (11:26 11:03 11:37 11:00 11:12 10:57 11:10 10:48 10:52 10:51 13:36(W0.5) 10:25 16:41(W1.0) 10:46 13:47(W0.5) ) H-Mem(2.9)-H SNG8 T=79-83, H=91-74%, partly cloudy but with 7m/ph NW wind; decent run, in conditions that turned out better than anticipated!.
9/22, 6:30p Swimming 47 minutes 182.2p.
9/23, 7:10a 5.2M very easy AllenR SNG8 Still beaten up from WE's run; also had to walk the last 1.5 miles due to stomach cramps!
9/24, 9p 75min Dancing To the music of IAMX at the Antone's Nightclub in Austin: The Home of the Blues. The very rythmic, somewhat disco-like and electro-punk music was quite good for dancing and I had a lot of fun this evening, but the temperature of 85+ degrees was quite challenging, and I was quite exhausted after "this workout": more than after tomorrow's 10.1M run!!
9/25, 7:20a 10.1M (walked mile 9) easy 1:54:43 (11:19 10:57 11:02 10:45 10:56 10:46 10:51 10:50 16:58(walked!) 10:30) TownL R8 T=77, H=96-89%, overcast with some drizzels at the beginning and end. Was somewhat beaten up from last night Antone's adventure, and ran quite slowly. First run on the modified, about 0.25 miles shorter Austin Townlake Loop: you no longer run along Riverside but rather along the water on very nice new 10+ Bridges over the water, about 50 yards off the Town Lake northern shore line, replacing the ugly Riverside section by something much nicer!. The run was delayed by 30 minutes due to bad traffic jams in DT Austin, due to the running of Komen's Race for the Cure 10K Race. This concludes a 36M runnig week, augmented by 45 minutes of swimming and 75 minutes of disco dancing to IAMX music.
9/26, 5:55p 5.4M easy 54:41 (10:21 10:20 9:50 9:50 10:22) AllenR SNG8 T=85-83, H=75-77% and overcast. Was really fast today in quite warm conditions, before the rain...
9/28, 6:10p 6.6M m: 1M-W0.25-J0.75-1M 1:12:01 (mile4: 9:23; mile6: 9:36) RiceBraes SNG8 T=87-85, H=51% and sunny with NW wind. Ran okay in very warm but not humid conditions!
9/30, 6:15p 5.4M easy 58:41 AllenR R8 T=79-77, H=45-50% and sunny. Easy run still being tired after Wednesday's hard run.
10/2, 7:15a 17.0M 6.0M (walked 1.5 miles) easy very easy Hershey SNG8 T=68-71, H=82-74% and partly cloudy. Extremely conjested the last 24 hour---coughing a lot of mucus; moreover, I had some nose bleeding early in the morning. After running 2M, I decided that today is not the day to run 17 miles. In summary, quite a terrible run today! Had Parisian Benedict after the run at Egg&I at Kirkwood! First run in Terry Hershey Park since February 28, 2016!
10/3, 6:50p 5.3M easy 57:23 AllenR R8 T=77, H=77% and partly cloudy. Still congested but feeling less less beaten up compared to yesterday, and had an okay, almost normal run today!
10/5, 7:00a 10.0M (walked mile 9) easy 1:58:33 H-Mem(1.3)-H SNG8 T=79-81, H=91-87%, partly cloudy. Okay run, considering the muggy conditions and my nasal congestion, also saving myself for Sunday's race. 183.2p: still not using any weight!
10/7, 6:35a 4.9M easy 52:42 Allen R8 T=76, H=92-93% and partly cloudy. Okay, quite early run half in "darkness".
10/7, 5:50p Swimming 47 minutes Another Double Workout! 181.6p.
10/9, 7:00a 10.7M Space City 10 Miler 1:30:28 (9:02-pace; 45:31|44:57; 9:13 9:06 9:06 8:59 9:06 8:51 8:49 9:09 9:08 8:57) Clear Lake, Texas BoBoo5 T=65-66, H=66-65%, partly cloudy with 8m/ph east wind; ran fine, considering that I was still congested; picked up the pace miles 6 and 7, but fell back to my original pace the last 3 miles: I guess, with all this slow running I am not used running 8:50-pace for longer than 3 miles yet, if I am not running this pace in the training; placed 12/22a, and 174/408o. This was my 235th race lifetime!
10/10, 6:50a 5.1M easy 56:35 Allen SNG8 T=62, H=68% and sunny. Felt more loose and less sore than expected after yesterday's race, but took it very easy in very good running conditions.
10/10, 6:25p Swimming 46 minutes Another Double Workout! Some tightness in the bottom of my left calf!
10/12, 6:10p 6.6M easy 1:09:19 RiceBraes R8 T=86-84, H=67-71% and sunny with SSE wind. Ran okay in very warm and humid conditions!
10/14, 6:35a 16.8M (walked second half of mile 12, mile 14 and 16) easy 3:20:02(?) H-UH_DT-Mem(2)-H SNG8 T=75-80, H=90-83%, and mostly cloudy; okay run, but got quite crampy in the second half: even stopped and bought a bottle of Gaterade at the Tennis Center; showed good endurance in the run, but was somewhat slowed down by crampy legs. 180.8p.
10/15, 7:20a Swimming 43 minutes Makeup Swimm for the cancelled swimm on September 29, 2016.
10/16, 9:30a 180 minutes Major Hiking 9.4M Lone Star Hiking Trail Seg #7 HB with Houston Trails & More Meetup Group.
10/17, 6:25p 5.4M easy 53:23 AllenR SNG8 T=87-84, H=66-72% and partly cloudy. Ran really well and surprisingly fast in very warm and muggy conditions! Tomorrow, will be the first birthday of my TomTom GIS watch: ran 1205 miles between October 18, 2015 and October 17, 2016.
10/19, 5:45p 8.1M easy 1:30:10 RiceBraes R8 T=88-84, H=64-74% and partly cloudy; quite slow today, running with a water carrier also slowed down by darkness during the last 1.5M in very warm and humid conditions!
10/21, 6:50a 5.3M ftl: 17x(1:f|1:s) 55:08 Allen BoBoo6 T=62-61, H=70-74% and partly cloudy. Decent workout, finally in fall-like conditions. First run for BoBoo6!
10/23, 7:05a 19.0M (walked 1 mile: 16.7-17.7) easy 3:35:53 (11:15 10:45 10:48 11:00 11:03 10:33 11:02 11:16(trd) 11:44(trd) 12:02(trd) 11:26(trd) 11:10 11:06 10:31 10:55 11:01 12:32(walked 0.3M) 15:09(walked 0.7M) 10:34) Hershey (102316 Run in KML) R8 T=55-77; H=94-64% and partly cloudy with ESE wind; the run was significantly slowed down by erosion trail damage: running miles 8-11 was more like trail running, as parts of the trail near Beltway 8 were completely gone or significantly damaged. Very good run today: walked only one mile, felt good after the run and mile 19 was the third-fastest mile of the run! 182.0p: should get to 178.0p by Thanksgiving!
10/24, 5:40p Swimming 47 minutes Makeup for the cancelled swimm on October 20. Felt quite cold during and particularly after the swimm and went to bed for 30 minutes to warm up again...
10/25, 6:55a 5.1M easy 54:43 Allen SNG8 T=68, H=88% and sunny. Ran the first 3 miles quite slowly, but succeeded to pick up the pace the last two miles.
10/26, 5:40p 6.6M m: 1M-W0.25-J0.75-1M 1:10:01 (mile4: 9:05; mile6: 9:07) RiceBraes BoBoo5 T=82-80, H=53-66% and sunny with east wind. Decent run after a quite stressful day, working more or less non-stop on a grant proposal 6:30a-3:30p...
10/28, 6:50p 5.1M with six strides easy 55:44 Allen R8 T=68, H=87% and partly cloudy.
10/30, 7:00a 15.0M Houston Half Marathon 2:10:38 (9:19 9:08 9:38 9:57 9:43 9:59 9:57 10:01 10:08 9:52 10:14 10:10 10:05 8:50(0.11M)) Houston, Texas BoBoo5 T=70-74, H=98-89%, first foggy, then partly cloudy at the end. Not in the mood today in very bad conditions having worked too much feeling also very tired! 31/67a; probably the worst age group results!
11/1, 12:05p 4.4M very easy Burlingame, CA R8 T=75, H=59% and partly cloudy. Slowed down and cut run short due to digestive problems.
11/2, 11:55a 21.0M (walked 3/4 mile of miles 18 and 20) easy 3:58:58 (11:26 11:33 11:13 11:23 10:59 10:47 10:53 10:30 10:39 10:35 10:58 10:46 10:37 10:47 10:30 10:50 11:17 15:09(W0.75) 11:43 15:32(W0.75) 11:03) Bay Trail, South of San Francisco Airport almost to Belmont Sloughts R8 T=58-66; H=71-54% and sunny; great run on the scenic Bay Trail with 2-bottle water carrier; ran somewhat slow, but showed great endurance in the run; another "tired" run, as I had to get up at 5a that day to proofread and finish an NSF-grant proposal. Nice Trail going to a small forrest, around 2 golf courses and a dirt hill, also crossing under the ISH 92 Bridge to Hayward, and surrounded by a lot of school children on the bikes going home short before the turn-arround point.
11/4, 9:30p 105min Dancing At the of MFA Houston Multi-Media Event with DJ Sun. Had a good time at the event, dancing most of its last 2.5 hours: this was at least as much exercise as a 7M run! Decided as this was a major workout to have a rare Sunday restday. 180.2p.
11/5, 5:25p 5.5M easy 56:30(?) Allen SNG8 T=80-78, H=58% and mostly cloudy. Rare Satuday late afternoon run! Felt kind of beaten up from yesterday's event and ran slowly early, but then was able to run the last 3M in a decent pace.
11/7, 6:05a 5.3M ftl: 9x(2:f|2:s) 55:56 Allen BoBoo6 T=67, H=96% and mostly cloudy. Okay, but not great workout!
11/9, 6:35a 6.8M steady 1:12:44 UH_DT3 R8 T=67, H=92% and overcast; angry, okay but not good run after the election results shocker the night before. 180.6p!
11/11, 5:25p 5.3M with 6 60m strides easy 53:43 AllenR SNG8 T=71, H=49% and mostly cloudy. Decent run 60% in "darkness".
11/13, 7:00a 16.3M HMSA Classical 25K Race 2:18:29 (8:54.6-pace; 9:05 8:55 9:06 8:52 9:02 8:38 8:44 8:55 8:50 9:02 8:39 8:37 9:05(tight left calf) 8:56 8:55 8:23) Houston, Texas BoBoo6 T=61-63, H=67-62%, and overcast with 6mph NEE wind; very decent performance, picked up the pace nicely in miles 11 and 12, but then was confronted with a very tight calv shortly after passing the 12 mile marker, that significantly slowed me down on mile 13; but problem somewhat alleviated in the remander of the race. As a felt strong at miles 12, without this problem I would have been 50 to 75 seconds faster, but anyhow accomplished my goal, running under 9:00-pace. First run for BoBoo6. Placed 13/33a, and 262/706o; ran 11 seconds faster than in 2014, and 50 seconds faster than in 2015!. This was my 237th race lifetime and my 8th HMSA Classical 25K Race, making this race the race I ran the most lifetime!
11/15, 6:45a 5.3M easy 58:00 Allen R8 T=66, H=89% and mostly cloudy. No problems with the tightness and soreness in the lower left calf. Took it easy today, as I was still beaten up from the 25K-Race.
11/16, 5:05p 6.0M easy 1:02:58 UH_DT5 SNG8 T=77, H=60% and overcast. Left Calf acted up again after 3 miles, but then got somewhat better, and I decided to continue the run, which was probably no a good idea...
11/18, 5:05p 6.8M 1.0M aborted run UH_DT2 R8 Left calf was feeling sore again after 0.5M, and I aborted the run.
11/20, 4:55p 5.1M (walked the last 1.2M) easy 1:00:10 Allen R8 T=63, H=51% and partly cloudy. Ran okay for the first 4 miles, but the then the left calf felt tight but did not hurt, and I decided to walk the last 1.2M. 180.0p.
11/23, 5:10p 5.0M easy 51:05 Allen SNG8 T=70, H=58% and partly cloudy. Decent run without any calf trouble, after shopping in Galeria.
11/24, 4:30p YS^2B 47 min. 20:SB 25 sets Str./Stetch/Yoga 2+2+2+2Hi,3Cob,3Br,2X,2:30Ker,3SA; 9UpBoSt In my apartment complex; first such workout since August 7, 2016!
11/25, 7:45a 6.7M easy 1:08:30 UH_DT3 R8 T=64, H=89% and mostly with a few drizzels, then real rain for the last 15 minutes. Decent run on the "new" UH-DT3 route that now crosses to the south side of BB, then crosses the Long Bridge, going back to the Columbus entrance via the Y-Bridge.
11/26, 9:30a 258 minutes Major Hiking 13.45M Lone Star Hiking Trail Seg #3 HB with Houston Trails & More Meetup Group.
11/27, 6:30a 10.0M t: 2.7M 1:33:39 (8:34-8:45-8:13(?,0.7M); 8:55(mile 9 following Russel Henderson); all other miles 9:40-pace or slower) RivOk SNG8 T=57, H=88% and partly cloudy. First BCRR Sunday Run since September 11, 2016. Had wabbly legs from the more than 4h hike during the first leg of the run, but then I ran very well picking up the pace nicely on the second leg, doing an "unexpected" tempo-run, just running 10 seconds slower than 10M-pace.
11/28, 5:10p 5.0M very easy Allen R8 T=79, H=67%+ and mostly cloudy. Really bad run in quite warm conditions, not quite recovered from the 23.5M weekend, also facing digestive problems the last mile.
11/30, 7:15a 5.3M easy 54:59 AllenR SNG8 T=62, H=46% and mostly cloudy. Okay run, running later, catching up sleep, after "wasting" a lot of time, working on an "unfinished" NSF preproposal. 180.2p!
12/2, 7:25a 19.0M easy 3:34:52 (headwind: 12:26 11:58 12:09 12:20 12:25 12:29 12:34 12:25 12:31 12:41 tailwind: 10:29 10:31 10:19 10:10 10:17 10:02 10:11 9:49 10:07 both: 10:45) From Surfside Beach going east towards Galveston R8 T=67-69-67; H=82-84% (!) and mostly cloudy, then overcast with bad weather to start moving in near the end of the run; 17mph increasing to 23mph E wind; beach run with 4-bottle watter carrier and the first 9 miles were straight into the strong wind; running into the wind was bizzare, and I managed only 4.8mph, but ran very well in the tailwind section also showing a lot of endurance; also did not walk and might left calf did not make any trouble; in general, a very good run: Sugarland 30K Race: Here I come!.
12/4, 6:45a 6.1M easy 1:05:05(?) AllenR R8 T=52, H=98% and light rain. Took it easy today on a wet and damp day; my Tom Tom watch got stuck today: was not able to change its state by pushing any of its four buttons when I stopped at the water fountain at Sabine Bridge; perhaps it got too wet today!
12/6, 6:50a 5.0M t: 1.5M 50:15(??) Allen SNG8 T=50, H=99%(!) and partly cloudy. Decent run without a watch: I the control buttom of my TomTom watch arrives by Friday.
12/8, 7a 3:45p 6.0M easy 1:02:30(??) Allen BoBoo5 T=46, H=76% and overcast. Okay, very controlled run today in "fast shoes"! 180.4p!
12/9, 6:10p 5.0M easy River Oaks R8 T=48, H=58% and mostly cloudy. BCRR Christmas Run, wearing a hat, jingle bells, and a red T-shirt with an angel with a harp, a snowman, penguin, and a Santa Clause (that got lost during the run) attached with safety pins.
12/11, 6:45a 19.5M FinishLine Sports 30K Race, Sugar Land, Texas. 2:49:26 (9:05-pace; 9:14 9:11 9:07 9:08 8:55 8:54 9:02 8:59 8:47 8:49 9:05 8:57 8:51 8:53 9:11 9:12 9:14 9:13 8:49(0.65M)) Sugar Land, Texas BoBoo6 T=64-68; H=95%, mostly cloud with a major and 2 minor downpours. Decent race in tough conditions, also showing endurance; runnining really hard as I was getting tired and slowed down miles 15-18, but did want to get caught by people I passed between miles 12-16, particularly Steve Hassan's running group, which I beat by 17 seconds. 11/33a; 233/765o.
12/13, 4:10p 5.3M easy 55:54 AllenR SNG8 T=69, H=86% and mostly cloudy. Kind of slow run, as I was not completely recovered from Sunday's hard run yet.
12/14, 10:50a 6.7M easy 1:12:01 UH_DT4 R8 T=64, H=86% and overcast. Ran the first 4 miles very slowly today.
12/16, 7:05a 6.0M t: 2x2000 59:48 (8:58;...;9:00; 1.75-3 & 3:75-5) Allen BoBoo5 T=54, H=84% and mostly cloudy. Not very springy legs: was supposed to do the workout in 8:40-pace! 180.4p: do I still get to 177p for the Houston Marathon?
12/18, 6:30a 19.4M easy 3:24:24 John's Long Run, mostly through RiverOaks, Houston SNG8 T=37-36; H=61-59%, mostly cloudy with 9mph cold NWW wind; in general, took it easy, considering running the 30K race one week ago really hard; unfortunately, took a quite bad fall short before the 14M marker, significantly bruising my right hand and rid side rips middle up; hopefully, I did not break anything; consequently, I ran quite slowly the last 5.4M.
12/20, 4:05p 5.0M easy 57:21 Stuttgart, BH via Kronenstrasse going north on Cannstatter Strasse. R8 T=37 and mostly cloudy; slowed down by sore, bruised rips, but was still able to run a kind of reasonable pace.
12/21, 4:05p 5.1M easy 58:40 Karlsruhe, north of Karlsruher Schloss R8 T=41 and overcast; slowed down by sore, bruised rips, but was still able to run a kind of reasonable pace.
12/23, 4:05p 4.4M easy 56:48 Hofheim, Blauer Vogel R8 T=44 and overcast; slowed down by digestive problems (since Wednesday evening) and also by the wet track with a lot of leafs on it!
12/25, 8:25a 9.2M easy 1:53:35 Hofheim, Blauer Vogel&Punkt, schw. -< WR20 T=45 30 minutes drizzel rain than overcast; with water carrier; okay run, although I ran kind of slowly on the sometimes leafy, mostly wet trail. First run for WR20!
12/27, 8:25a 18.5M easy 4:00:22 Hofheim-Bahei_Temple-Bremthal, Germany R8 T=37-42; overcast, then mostly cloudy the last hour; with water carrier on a quite hilly course; moreover, had terribly cold hands miles 5-10; a so so run; ran the first 14 miles quite slowly; however, showed some endurance, running the last 4.5M picking up the pace---although not a lot!
12/29, 10:30a 6.8M easy 1:09:26 UH_DT3 SNG8 T=65-66, H=60-49% and partly cloudy. After all this slow running the last two weeks, finally an encouraging, somewhat faster run on the "new" UH-DT3 route (official length: 6.72M) that now crosses to the south side of BB, then crosses the Long Bridge, going back to the Columbus entrance via the Y-Bridge. 181.4p: Only gained one pound while I was in Germany; now, it is mandatory to lose 5 pounds by January 8, 2017...
12/31, 6:55a 5.7M easy 1:01:32 Allen R8 T=57, H=98% and rain. Ran quite slowly in rainy conditions!
1/1, 6:45a 5.9M ftl: 10x(2:f|2:s) 1:00:29 Allen BoBoo5 T=65, H=96% and overcast. First faster workout in 16 days; somewhat slow, running the 2-min fast sections about 8:30-8:40(??) pace, but right rips behaved. 180.2p.
